chronic ectopic

Salam semua,

26th April 2015 Dr Ummul gimme the the beta hcg result and its increase 101 only from 1244 now 1345. Then, she have decided to gimme the the referral letter and refer to Hospital Putrajaya tomorrow due to "chronic ectopic"


27th April 2015, Register as a patient and they refer me to dewan bersalin. Scan melalui faraj still tak nampak apa2. just nmpk fluid (air) dalam 1.2cm dan dekat tiub ada bentuk mcm donut (dctr xpasti). Doctor suruh datang esok untuk check darah skali lagi. 

28th April 2015, check upt sendiri dah semakin tak jelas result dan since yesterday lepas setengah jam dctr scan..darah dari brown jadi fresh red. naluri hati berkata in sha allah this is not chronic ectopic tapi failure (gugur). mama lebih prefer MC dari ectopic (potong 1 tiub dan tinggal 1 tiub)

29th April 2015, doctor bagi result hcg level dah turun kepada 734 dan doktor HO tue ckp xperlu cuci (DNC) sbb dah complete. tanpa scan apa sume dia sahkan dah complete abortion. ragu2 ok. sbb keluar 1 slice darah bukan kuar bebyk. tkt ada lg dlm rahim. next follow up harap doctor scan la. tktnyaaaa..if not gi hospital umra la utk double confirm.
